We handle everything from 3D visual designs, structual drawings, engineering, material procurment, local city/county permitting, inspections, insurance, construction, online real-time job updates to final approvals.

  • A: We provide a 12-month written warranty on workmanship, backed by a 25- to 30-year or 50-year limited lifetime or product warranty for decking and Limited Lifetime Warranty for Railing provided by the manufacturer.

  • A: Yes. Because we take on a limited number of projects each year and specialize in large, custom outdoor living spaces, we’re rarely able to service budgets under $35,000. However, reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!

  • Our projects typically range from $35,000 to $200,000, with the average homeowner investment around $85,000.

  • A: No. We specialize in custom Composite and PVC decking only.

  • A: Rarely smaller than 300 square feet.
